FounderI created this mentorship program because I know what it’s like to feel unsure of where to start. In high school, I didn’t fully understand what nurses did or how many opportunities existed in healthcare. Now, as a nurse who founder her passion through experience and perseverance, I want to give students the guidance I never had. This program exists to make healthcare careers accessible, relatable, and achievable through virtual mentorship, real conversations, and supportive resources. My goal is simple: to help students feel informed, confident, and empowered as they explore their futures.

MentorWith over one year of nursing experience, I am passionate about the growth and development of new grad nurses and students. I have gained a broad perspective on patient care and clinical excellence at the Mayo Clinic in the oncology department over the last year.
As a mentor, my goal is to provide encouragement and practical insight to help nurses build confidence in their profession. I know what it’s like to start fresh - the uncertainty, the self-doubt and the weight of responsibility that comes with caring for patients. I want to be the kind of support to others that I wish I had. Someone who listens without judgement, celebrates small wins, and offers steady guidance. Let’s do this together!!
